This is an excellent tract of land with a 90 CSR2 in a strong farming area in east central Iowa. The land has been owned by the same family for many years. Auction Sales Method: The land will be sold in 1 tract at live public auction, with online bidding available on a price per acre basis to the highest bidder. The family has every intention to sell the properties, but they have the right to reject any and all bids. This is a RESERVE Auction, and the final bid will be presented to the owners and their advisors to decide whether to accept the top bid. The multiplier will be 148.91 acres.

Farm Lease: There is no lease as the farm is custom farmed, thus no lease cancellation is needed.
