This property is good quality farmland that is all in the CRP at good rental rates except for the pond area on the south and timber in the NW corner. The land is abundant in deer, pheasants and turkeys. There are several planted food plots and two deer stands. The property is ¾ mile east of the Des Moines River and dense woods in between the river and the subject property. The land has a 79 CSR2 so could be used as excellent quality farmland should the buyer take it out of CRP now or not re-enroll when the present contracts end.
