Description: ON-LINE AUCTION ONLY MARCH 14-28 The auction will take place on the link provided: The property is one mile east of Highway 69 on the north side of 330th Street about 1⁄2 mile north of the Huxley city limits. The farm has 65.29 FSA cropland acres but only 63.75 acres are cash rented and the rest of the land is in grass, building site, pasture, hay, and timber. The fences are marginal. The cropland has some tile leading west and to the NE but no drainage maps are available. The non-tillable acres to the south are eligible for one split for a residential building permit of two acres or more with the remaining land also eligible for a rural residential building permit. In other words, a buyer could sell off a building site and two homes can be built on the land after the legal division is recorded. A copy of the Story County Property Research Report is available for review. The land is a mix of timber and older pasture. There is a creek in the southwest area and another creek in the timber in the SE corner also.
